HONORARY MEMBERS

Such membership shall be conferred on persons who have been of
service to KUTAR or TARUC or the Association and are residing in
Singapore. Such conferment shall be subject to the approval and a
resolution passed in general meeting by a simple majority of the
members present and voting. Honorary Members shall have the
same privileges and benefits of Ordinary Members except the right to
vote at all meetings or to hold office in the Association.

ORDINARY MEMBERS

Ordinary membership is open to all former students of the KUTAR
whose names officially appear in the enrolment register of TARUC;
have completed at least two (2) semesters of continuous study at
TARUC and are residing in Singapore.

MemBERSHIP BENEFITs

(a) Have the right to stand, nominate or second candidates for
election and to vote in the elections subject to the relevant Articles;
(b) Have the right to speak and vote at all meetings of the
Association;
(c) Have the right to participate in the activities of the Association and
use the facilities provided;
(d) Have the right to inspect the Association's records subject to one
week's written notice of such request being given to the Secretary
General;
(e) Any other privileges and benefits as the Executive Council may
direct from time to time.
